Schedule:
M-F; 12pm EST - 8pm EST, weekends as needed.
Internal Position
Unique is seeking an internal candidate for the role of Supervisor in our Library Services department. This position serves as the front-line supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting Communication Specialists, and ensuring service standards and performance expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor, coach, and evaluate Communication Specialists
- Lead training and ongoing performance development
- Monitor call quality, KPIs, and department metrics
- Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and reporting
- Ensure client expectations and service standards are met
- Regularly perform Communication Specialist duties
- Proven success in the Communication Specialist role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical ability
- Preferred four-year degree (experience may substitute)
