Job Title: Production Helper

Job Description

This position involves assisting secondary operators or roll forming machine operators in a general labor capacity. The role includes helping with setup, loading, and unloading parts from the production line, deburring all formed parts from the machine operator, performing quality checks on parts, using hand tools to load/unload parts, and packing finished goods for shipping.

• Experience in fabrication, operating machinery, and steel handling.
• Prior labor experience is required.
• Industrial experience is necessary.

• Machine operating experience is a plus.
• Deburring experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,IN.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 4, 2026.
