• Protect people and equipment by validating all safety features, including drop bars and safety switches.
• Set molds and launch processes; diagnose and correct molding issues quickly.
• Hold processes to spec, including mold protection, and adjust proactively to avoid nonconformances.
• Record complete parameter sets and keep them aligned to Master Setup Sheets.
• Boost uptime and throughput while reducing downtime across machine centers.
• Cut scrap by eliminating adverse mold conditions and by using corrective action and mold maintenance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Flag and help resolve maintenance concerns.
• Join changeover activities to minimize downtime.
• Coach operators and fellow Process Technicians as needed.
