Optimizing Specialist

** Position Overview
** The Optimizing Specialist is responsible for identifying and supporting operational improvements across the corrugated sheet plant environment. This role serves as a cross-functional resource to strengthen coordination between production, logistics, planning, customer service, and data reporting.

Working under the direction of the Managing Director, the Optimizing Specialist evaluates operational processes, supports data-driven decision making, and assists departments in closing performance gaps. The position blends operational analysis, production support, and continuous improvement to ensure the facility operates efficiently and consistently meets customer expectations.

This individual will often act as a liaison across departments, ensuring alignment between planning, production execution, and customer commitments.
** Key Responsibilities
** Operational Support & Gap Resolution
* Identify operational inefficiencies and support corrective actions across production, logistics, and planning functions.
* Assist departments in resolving workflow disruptions that impact production flow, scheduling, or shipment commitments.
* Provide hands-on operational support where needed to ensure continuity and performance.

Production Planning & Coordination
* Support production planning activities to ensure orders are properly scheduled and aligned with plant capacity.
* Assist in monitoring order flow, production status, and backlog management.
* Coordinate with production leadership to address constraints and improve throughput.

Logistics & Order Execution Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing operations, or a related industrial environment preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and logistics teams.

Proficiency with operational reporting tools and production data analysis.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Analytical with the ability to translate data into practical action.
