Painter; Cerakote Custom Paint - Jeffersonville

Responsibilities

• Mix Cerakote to the correct proportions in preparation of spraying parts.
• Apply Cerakote according to manufacturer specifications in a safe manner.
• Work closely with the Production Manager to support business growth and company goals.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance to equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction accurately.
• This job will require helping in other departments when necessary, which might include disassembly/reassembly, surface prepping, or setting up lasers to engrave.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in the custom shop.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety precautions.
• Cerakote Certified Applicators are highly encouraged to apply.

• High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen as well as a criminal background check.
• Cerakote application experience is highly preferred, but not required.
• Must have a willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset.
• Must be capable of standing most of the day and lifting up to 50lbs.
