Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Production Manager to support business growth and company goals.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance to equipment.
- Follow written and verbal instruction accurately.
- Disassemble and reassemble firearms.
- Assist other departments, which can include sandblasting, surface prepping, or setting up lasers to engrave.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in the custom shop.
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety precautions.
- High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age.
- Legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
- Pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn and adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
- Capable of standing most of the day and lifting up to 50 lbs.
