Hear Directly from Our Employees  You'll DoAs a member of our machining team, you'll help produce high-quality components used in technical training systems shipped worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating machining equipment to produce precision parts

Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and performing bench operations

Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

Monitoring product quality throughout production

Troubleshooting defects and making adjustments as needed

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Performing routine machine and equipment maintenance

What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality components.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of machining experience

Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 a.m.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bonus SkillsCNC programming experience (required for higher-level machinist positions)
Advanced machining and setup experience Schedule
44-hour work week
- Monday to Thursday: 5:00 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m., Fridays: 5:00 a.m.
