Compensation and Bonus $1,000 signing bonus paid in four increments: $250 after 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year of employment
Pay range by level:
Fabricator/Welder 1: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour Fabricator/Welder 2: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour Starting level and pay are based on skills, experience, and demonstrated qualifications.
What You’ll Build and DoSet up and operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment
Lay out, fit, weld, and braze structural steel, tubing, plate, and other metals
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan work Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prep materials for fabrication
Perform fit-up and tack welds, accounting for shrinkage and expansion
Fabricate production jigs and fixtures
Clean, grind, and finish welded assemblies
Assist with tooling development and product improvements
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on shop equipment
What You Bring4+ years of welding, fitting, and fabrication experience
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation
Formal welding education or equivalent hands-on experience
Structural and pipe layout/fit-up expertise
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Positive, can-do attitude; dependable attendance
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to start work at 5:00 AMPreferred: ASME Section IX Certification Schedule
44-hour workweek
Mon–Thu: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PMFri: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMOptional overtime:
Saturdays 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (not required)
