• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly (preferred)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use measurement tools and follow structured processes
• Team player with a solid work ethic and dependable attendance
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly

Bonus skills: CNC setup/operation, press brake or laser experience, automotive manufacturing experience.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
