Job Responsibilities- Operate automated production and manufacturing equipment
- Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure efficiency
- Follow established safety procedures and work instructions
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products
- Record production information and complete required documentation
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
