What You’ll DoAs a Material Handler II, you will be responsible for safely moving materials and supporting production operations throughout our facility. Your day may include:
- Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Supplying production lines with resin, packaging materials, and other production supplies
- Removing and staging finished goods for shipment or warehouse storage
- Supporting production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Performing inventory transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting daily forklift inspections and following all safety procedures
- Maintaining organized, clean, and safe work areas
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
- Plastics injection molding experience
- Experience with ERP, barcode scanning, or inventory systems
- Familiarity with resin handling and drying systems
- Experience supporting mold changes and production operations

This position works in a climate controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment, forklifts, varying temperatures, and industrial noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
