What You’ll DoSet up and run manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts

Handle milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work Interpret blueprints and specifications

Inspect work throughout production and adjust to meet tolerances

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform routine equipment maintenance

What You Bring1+ year of machining experience

Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations

Blueprint reading proficiency

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving

Reliable attendance; able to start at 6:00 a.m.Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally

High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus SkillsCNC programming (required for higher-level machinist roles)
Advanced setup and machining experience

Hours & Location Jeffersonville, Indiana
44-hour week — Monday–Thursday 5:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.;
