Lead Industrial Maintenance Specialist

As a Lead Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority in a high-speed manufacturing environment, ensuring peak equipment performance and operational reliability. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor technical staff, and lead complex machine overhauls to maximize production throughput.

• Lead root cause analysis and rapid troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime and prevent re-occurrence.
• Mentor and train technical teams on advanced maintenance procedures for blow molding, injection molding, and high-speed packaging lines.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute equipment upgrades and process improvements that enhance overall system efficiency.
• Manage comprehensive machine overhauls during planned outages to restore equipment to optimal operating standards.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize troubleshooting and maintenance workflows.
• Maintain high safety standards and enforce best practices across all manufacturing and facility operations.

• 6+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and shop machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Strong background in managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data analysis.
• Must possess a personal set of basic tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 10+ years of experience in high-speed bottling, packaging, or injection molding environments.
• Advanced expertise in PLC diagnostics, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial communication networks.
• Skilled in fabrication, including MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques.
• Experience working with high-voltage electrical systems (480
  
  VAC) and control circuits.
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement projects and reducing mean time between failures (MTBF).
• Familiarity with major OEM equipment such as Husky, Krones, Sidel, or KHS.
