Position: Electronic Training Systems Assembler (Soldering & Test)

You review a wiring diagram, place components, make precise solder joints, and bring a training panel to life. By mid-morning, you’re calibrating meters and running verification tests against specifications. After lunch, you troubleshoot a glitch, collaborate with a teammate on a harness issue, and sign off on a product that will help students and technicians master real-world skills.

At 2:30 PM, your day is done—no mandatory overtime, no weekends.

Sign-On Bonus $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four installments of $250 at your 3, 6, 9, and 12-month anniversaries.

What You’ll Build and Do Assemble, wire, solder, and repair electronic components and complete systems

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately

Test and validate performance against product specifications

Troubleshoot electronic and assembly issues to root cause

Calibrate and operate test equipment confidently

Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production

Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals

Compensation & Levels Electronics Assembly Technician I — $18.00 - $19.00 per Hour1+ year of electronics or electrical assembly experience

Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical principles

Able to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

High attention to detail with solid organization

Problem-solver who can work independently

Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time Electronics Assembly Technician II — $19.00 - $21.00 per Hour2+ years of electronics or electrical assembly experience

Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles

Comfortable interpreting complex blueprints and schematics

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Self-directed with excellent organization

Reliable and punctual for a 6:00 AM start time
