Fluid Power Equipment Assembler; Hydraulics & Pneumatics

Position: Fluid Power Equipment Assembler (Hydraulics & Pneumatics)
$18.00–$22.00/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus(Paid out $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months)
Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy building, repairing, or troubleshooting equipment? If you've got experience in plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial assembly, Amatrol wants you on our team.

You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility building industry-leading technical training equipment used by companies and schools around the world — day shift only, no rotating schedules.

Hear from our team:  & Growth Level 1 — $18.00–$20.00/hr Great fit if you have basic mechanical, plumbing, or assembly experience and want to grow your skills.

Level 2 — $20.00–$22.00/hr For experienced assemblers strong in hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading who can work independently on complex builds.

What You'll Do Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and finished systems

Assemble electrical components and wiring

Read blueprints, drawings, and specs

Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues

Spot and correct defective or damaged parts

Test, calibrate, and quality-check finished equipment

What You Need Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Basic plumbing or HVAC experience

Ability to read blueprints/specs in English Reliable attendance and ready to start at 6:00 a.m.Nice to Have Hydraulic/pneumatic experience

Copper tubing soldering experience

Manufacturing, maintenance, or repair background
