Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Kitting Associates to join our production team! In this role, you'll work at a kitting station assembling documents, materials, and products into complete kits that are prepared for customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and staying productive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do- Assemble documents, products, and various components into complete customer kits
- Follow work instructions provided by the Kitting Coordinator or Table Lead
- Complete kitting tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate regularly with the Table Lead and Kitting Coordinator
- Work with team members to keep production moving efficiently
- Assist with other production duties as needed
- Help the team meet daily quality and production goals
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to assist in different areas as production needs change
- $15.00/hour
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
