Join a global leader in clean air solutions and play a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable manufacturing operations. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment and facility systems to keep our plant running smoothly.

Base pay of $25.00/hr plus a +$2.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift roles. - Flexible
Work Hours:
Openings on both 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 5:00 PM) and 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM / 5:00 AM), including paid lunch options on 12-hour schedules. - Robust Benefits Package: 100% 401(k) match on the first 5%, an additional 3% company retirement contribution, comprehensive healthcare, 13 paid holidays, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
- Troubleshoot & Repair:
Isolate root causes and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems to minimize production downtime. - Inspect & Maintain:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, pumps, and production machines following manuals and schematics. - Diagnose & Fix:
Interpret basic electrical ladder logic, trace circuits, replace sensors/motors, and resolve electrical and control faults safely using meters. - Fabricate & Weld:
Perform routine welding, metal fabrication, and part repairs to maintain shop and plant equipment. - Manage & Support:
Track parts usage in the CMMS, support 6S safety initiatives, and coordinate directly with production teams to address unscheduled emergency repairs.
- Certifications:
Industrial Maintenance certification or related trade credential preferred.
- High School
- 1-4 years
- Education:
High School Diploma required. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics, operate shop equipment, and use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend/crawl under machinery, and operate or get certified on a scissor lift.
- Must pass a drug screen (including marijuana); background check requires no felonies within the last 7 years (misdemeanors welcome).
- Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialized tools provided by the company).
