Responsibilities

Wellstone Regional Hospital is a —‑bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana that specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, and Adults. The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers, coordinates, and evaluates patient care in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care, ensuring physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria are met for patients of all ages.

Shift: 7 pm – 7 am. The position is a non‑exempt hourly role with required coverage of every other / third weekend.

• Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew)
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an ASN or BSN
• Experience in health care preferred but not required
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5‑yr+
• CPR certification, CPI & appropriate use of seclusion and restraint prior to assisting in a restraining process
• Must pass a medication administration exam
