Southern Health Partners is seeking a confident, experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Medical Team Administrator role at the Clark County Jail in Indiana. This is your opportunity to move beyond bedside care and drive clinical operations while continuing to make a difference with every patient interaction.

Location:
Clark County Jail, IN Position: RN Medical Team Administrator
Schedule:
Monday – Friday What You’ll DoProvide direct patient care while overseeing daily clinical operations
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of care Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment progress
Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines
Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out accurately
Respond effectively to medical needs, emergencies, and urgent situations
Maintain compliance with State Scope of Practice and facility policies
Serve as a key link between nursing staff, providers, and facility leadership
