Home Health RN

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Home Health RN. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full‑time hours (40+ per week).

Location:

Jeffersonville, IN 47130 – 100% On‑Site. Payrate: $56.14/hr required availability:
Full‑Time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On‑call responsibilities as needed, with shift hours Monday to Friday. Travel locally in the patient service area of Bullitt and South Jefferson; other areas as needed for PTO, call ins, and admissions.

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their residence.
• Assess home health and hospice patients to identify their needs.
• Implement and evaluate the Plan of Care to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care, medications, and safety practices.
• Supervise and provide clinical directions to support staff.
• Monitor assigned cases for compliance with third‑party payer requirements.
• Perform on‑call responsibilities and maintain effective communication with healthcare professionals.

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (non‑negotiable; daily travel required).

Preferred:
Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Home health experience.
