Overview
Adoration Home Health is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Jeffersonville, IN to provide patient‑centered care on a full‑time basis. The position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates.
Office LocationJeffersonville, IN
Coverage AreaScott, Jefferson, Floyd, Harrison and Crawford counties
ScheduleFull‑time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

- Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while preserving dignity and independence
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assessment results
- Accurately document nursing actions, patient communication, and progress toward goals
- Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate availability
- Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Practical Technician (LPT), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) from an accredited college with current, unrestricted registration in the state of practice and state of residence
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification
- 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
- Home health care experience preferred
