Position: Staff Development Coordinator RN

Staff Development Coordinator Opportunity at Hillcrest Village

Registered Nurse

The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting education, skills competencies, training, clinical observations, and quality assurance audit tools as directed by the Director of Nursing Services. The role also assists with new employee hiring. It requires high engagement with staff to champion employee recognition and retention programs while serving as an advocate for growth and development within the company.

Requirements
