American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry unit position requiring NIHSS certification and prior acute inpatient RN experience.

• Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 6:45 PM-7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts, three days per week
• Every other weekend required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient RN experience required
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required
• Epic EMR experience required

• Perform patient assessments, care planning, and evaluation of clinical interventions
• Provide patient and family education specific to care needs and discharge planning
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, functioning as a mentor/preceptor
• Support teamwork, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts
• No local rate drop applies to this position

The $2,398 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
