Responsibilities

• Monitor the preparation of allfood products to ensure they meet all food safety and quality standards
• Prepare and supply food itemsto the cook’s line
• Prepare foods using the preplist to ensure fresh product
• Maintain themesquitefireat proper levels to ensure proper cooking surface on the grill
• Complete HACCP accurately andnotify a manager when items are not correct
• Prepare product tags and stock items for designated work area
• Prepare foodtospecifications
• Work to ensure a steady,sufficient flow of products that reach expo so that there is no break inproduction
• Monitor the preparation of food to meet Tumbleweed standards
• Perform the work necessary to open and close the kitchenefficiently
• Monitor the flow of supplies to the line to ensurenodelaysinproduction
• Maintaintumbleweed standards of personalcleanlinessandhygiene
• Know allthe menu items, ingredients and portions thoroughly
• Keep the work area clean,clear and organized
• Followthe rules ofrotation, cleanliness, storage and use of food
• Adhere to Tumbleweed’s safety and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and maintain equipment for designated work area
• Perform all side work as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
