Provide oversight and leadership to front end operations and lead front end associates;
Oversee cashier transactions and customer service desk layaway transactions including monthly layaway audits;
Educate cashiers on programs such as RK Visa and RK Plus Protection Plan (RKPPP) and utilize cashier scripts;
Oversee BOPIS process and conduct weekly audits to ensure orders are within pickup window;
Perform daily cash handling, returns, exchanges, and price dispute resolutions
