Provide customer service to clients;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter zones;
Monitor access points and shipping and receiving traffic, verifying credentials, directing visitors and drivers, and maintaining access logs per site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or public emergency services when needed;
Complete routine reports and documentation, communicate findings to the appropriate personnel, and escalate unusual conditions such as damaged doors, open gates, broken seals, or suspicious activity
