Marksmen Security - - - Responsibilities:
Answer routine and emergency calls, monitor alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms.;
Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs and respond to security and safety system alarms.;
Operate access control technology and dispatch calls via telephone and radio.;
Maintain records of communications and events and log equipment and keys signed out and returned.;
Escalate complaints and unusual or critical event information to the Supervisor without delay.
