Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access screening protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and deliveries entering and leaving the location in accordance with site policies and documented screening procedures;
Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report unusual activity or policy concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with professionalism, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while helping to identify potential security-related concerns within the location
