Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering the location following established security-related policies and reporting procedures;
Monitor entry points, review identification and credentials, and document unusual activity and screening results;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, deterring unauthorized access;
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and access protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate details to site contacts and leadership
