, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor entry activity, conduct screening procedures, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will help to deter security-related concerns while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care for people, teamwork, and integrity.

Job Schedule:
Day Time Wed 05:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Thur 05:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 05:30 AM - 03:00 PM, Sat 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or materials entering or leaving the location in accordance with site policies and security-related procedures.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized entry and orderly operations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to site guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
