Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify potential concerns and report issues to the appropriate contact.;
Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and help to control entry and exit activity in support of site rules, visitor management practices, and after-hours protocols.;
Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders regarding security-related matters, facility concerns, and changing conditions during assigned shifts.
