Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized access as directed by site procedures, and reporting unauthorized persons or vehicles;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and/or shift activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
