Overview
Electrical Apprentice – Low Voltage.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM | Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay:
Starting at $21/hour. Experience
Required:
6 months (preferred). This is a hands-on role focused on assisting with low voltage cabling installations on commercial projects and growing skills in the electrical and low voltage field while working alongside experienced technicians.
- Assist with the installation, routing, and securing of low voltage cabling (data, voice, security, etc.)
- Support electricians and lead technicians with daily tasks
- Help with basic terminations, labeling, and testing under supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines, job site procedures, and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read and understand basic drawings and floor plans
- Load/unload materials and tools as needed
- Approximately 6 months of electrical or low voltage experience (schooling or on-the-job)
- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools used in electrical work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work long shifts and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Starting pay at $21/hour

This is a Contract position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
