Overview

Insight Pest Solutions is a privately‑owned pest control company based in Millbury, MA, known for exceptional customer service, innovative technician training, cutting‑edge service technology and a supportive work environment that encourages growth and advancement.

• Regular interaction with customers to troubleshoot pest problems and communicate service details.
• Conduct inspections, provide estimates, perform new sales, and deliver ongoing service.
• Work outdoors for most of the day and be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Crawl, kneel, or fit in tight spaces as required.
• Apply liquid treatments to soil and assist with drilling, trenching, and basic cleanup.
• Enter data and document services performed using mobile devices.
• Work flexible hours, Monday‑Saturday during the summer season.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand simple safety, regulatory, or protocol documents.
• Basic mathematical skills and practical problem‑solving ability.
• Pass required exams as part of new‑hire training.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screen.

No prior experience is required;
Insight provides comprehensive classroom and field training. Candidates must either have an existing license/certification or obtain one through company training.

Dependent coverage is optional and available at group rates. Employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment. A company vehicle is assigned for job duties, with full maintenance and fuel provided.
