Compensation and Benefits

For this U.S.

-based position, compensation is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour, eligible for overtime pay.

• Collaborate with the team on AI-assisted code conversion to support future systems and AI-assisted document‑video conversion.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and present ideas.
• Support R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements.
• Attend intern‑exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels.
• Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager.

The Graduate Software Development Intern will report to a Director, Technical Product Management and collaborate closely with Research and Development.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science/AI or related programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus.
• Ability to work in the Foxboro, MA office for the duration of the internship.
