Kitting Associates in Jeffersonville are the backbone of production. You'll be moving parts, building kits, and ensuring the line has what it needs to keep rolling. It's active, hands‑on work in a warehouse where showing up, working hard, and paying attention to details turns into steady paychecks and a crew that counts on you.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse, kitting, or assembly experience helpful
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
• Hands‑on with tools and scanners
• Safety always in play

• Pick and kit product parts
• Follow pick lists or diagrams
• Inspect and check work
• Pack, label, and stage kits
• Support the crew with safe habits
