Shift: Monday‑Friday

Hours:

4 pm‑12:30 am

• Leading order picking.
• The truck loading process.
• Warehouse inventory.
• Customs bonded warehouse and forklift operation.
• Confirming counts from production to warehouse.
• Quality control of all outgoing product and setting up orders of incoming stock.
• Safety and cleanliness of work area.
• Care and maintenance of property assigned to his/her use.
• Working together with staff to support the goals of the company.
• Understand and comply with safety requirements of the lead position in the warehouse; keep safety top of mind at all times and prevent co‑workers from working unsafely while performing their job duties. Report all safety concerns, all accidents and near misses immediately to manager. Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations. Keep workplace clean and free of debris at all times.
• Ensure the warehouse meets regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, TTB, and Customs regulations. Takes immediate corrective action when needed to stay in compliance; performs job in a responsible manner and in compliance with company procedures and applicable rules and regulations. Assist the warehouse team lead to ensure accuracy in reporting. Monitor inventory and assist manager in resolving inventory issues to maintain plant compliance.
• Ensure adherence to personal safety, food safety, quality and environmental policies and practices. Work with the warehouse lead to set the culture of the team, continuously seeking ways to improve performance and improve quality‑driven actions that lead to award‑winning results.
