Fulfillment Center Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Overview

Fulfillment Center Supervisor – 2nd Shift – Jeffersonville, IN.

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday (additional hours may be required).

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the distribution center.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee hiring, training, and employee relations.
• Control expenses, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ensure timely distribution of merchandise.
• Adhere to warehouse policies and practices.
• Track key performance indices.
• Develop departmental budgets and control costs.
• Manage relationships with onsite customers.

• Strong customer‑focused mindset.
• Quality and process driven.
• Project management skills/experience.
• College degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Documented work history of increasing responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of UPS, Fed Ex, and other manifesting systems.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment such as sit‑down lift trucks, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and barcode scanners.

• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Leadership experience.

• Daily Pay – receive pay on the first day.
