Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Jenison seeking Customer Service Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, or service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide customers with updates on order status and potential delays.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and active listening
• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
