Preschool Teacher - School Readiness Classroom

The Learning Experience - Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3-5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily preschool classroom routines and activities

* Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences

* Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth

* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

* Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitions

* Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates

* Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership

* Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required

* Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred

* Strong classroom support and communication skills

* Reliable and team-oriented approach

* Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
