The Learning Experience – Jenison is seeking a nurturing Preschool Teacher to support children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom environment focused on early learning and kindergarten readiness. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy guiding young learners through engaging routines and hands-on activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support daily preschool classroom routines and activities
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Guide children through learning centers, meals, and transitions
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates
• Collaborate with teaching team members and leadership
• Follow Michigan licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior preschool or childcare experience preferred
• Strong classroom support and communication skills
• Reliable and team-oriented approach
• Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
