IT Manager | Jenison, MI
Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking IT Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
- Manage the IT budget, including procurement of hardware, software, and services.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
- Ensure the reliability and uptime of critical manufacturing IT systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement technology solutions for operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) specific to manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), operational technology (OT), and cybersecurity best practices in a manufacturing context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure, network systems, and data management in a production-critical environment.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing.
- Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity specific to operational technology (OT) environments.
