Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facilities services, including cleaning, security, and waste management.
• Plan and execute facility expansions, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Optimize space utilization and layout to improve manufacturing efficiency and workflow.
• Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and support staff.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Experience in managing and developing a team of maintenance technicians.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Project management experience, particularly with facility expansion or renovation projects
