Salary Range: $42,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage production equipment and machinery according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on setup tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with equipment during setup processes.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient changeovers.
• Verify proper functioning of machinery after setup to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing setup or maintenance role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Experience with preventative maintenance procedures

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software for interpreting technical drawings.
• IPC J-STD-001 certification or equivalent experience in soldering and rework.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using an ERP system for tracking parts and work orders.
