Real Estate Accountant

We're looking for a Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team in the northern Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration with clients, lenders, and internal teams is essential. • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and rent payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for real estate properties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data.
• Handle general accounting tasks related to real estate operations.

• Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, App Folio).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prior experience in real estate accounting or property management.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields is a plus.
