Accounting and Tax Manager

Manage accounting & attestation engagements, with a focus on reviews and compilations. Prepare and review business, individual, trust, and estate income tax returns. Delegate and supervise the work of other accountants and administrative staff members. Communicate with team members and clients to deliver results and demonstrate our firm's value.

• 10+ years public accounting experience, including experience with both tax and accounting & attestation engagements
• CPA license required
• Proficient with Quick Books, Excel, and tax research resources including AI tools
• Experience with Ultra Tax and related Thomson Reuters software suite preferred
• Experience with App Folio program and real estate/property management clients preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients

Salary and bonus structure commensurate based on experience, billable hours worked, personal and firm performance, and clients originated. Starting salary not including bonuses and commissions is $150,000.
