Ennoble Care is seeking a diligent and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in the Jenkintown, PA office. This full‑time, in‑person role will involve managing and coordinating schedules efficiently to support our growing operations in the House Calls department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth scheduling processes and enhancing team productivity.
Responsibilities- Scheduling patient appointments in adherence to provider availability/area.
- Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule them accordingly.
- Assure that all messages are completed and distributed appropriately.
- Reschedule patient appointments as needed.
- Review and update patient insurance information.
- Manage a high‑volume workload, effectively prioritize tasks to maintain organization and promote prompt and courteous service.
- Display excellent communication skills.
- Reach out to referring sources for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling.
- Update account information at the point of scheduling.
- Maintain provider daily appointment quota.
- Have new patients scheduled within 3–5 business days.
- Handle insurance preauthorization procedures.
- Place calls to the patients for the providers when needed.
- Handle voicemails daily and ensure all inquiries are handled properly.
- Correctly notate patient charts to maintain up‑to‑date accuracy.
- High School Diploma / GED required;
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Administrative healthcare experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate several software databases throughout the day.
- Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
- Effective communication across various mediums of communication with staff and patients.
- Strong written skills.
- Capable of managing high volumes of phone calls.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
