Our fast paced growing company is looking for a professional to join our team:
Responsibilities- Help with phone support
- Complete client and employee onboarding
- Monitor compliance dashboard
- Communicate on the phone, in writing, or face‑to‑face effectively
- Multitask effectively
- Provide Spanish support to non‑English speaking clients or employees
- Support non‑Spanish team members communicating with Spanish speakers
- Support employee and client intake/onboarding process
- Document calls and messages timely and effectively
- Comfortable working on the phone and seamlessly completing documentation
- Able to type and work on the computer
- Work from 9 AM to 5 PM reliably Monday to Friday; consistent schedule
- Able to be an effective, positive team player
- Reliable
- Quick learner
- Speak Spanish
- Learn various operational policies and execute them reliably
