You will be involved with leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level and helping with instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem‑solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

We are looking for an energetic Assistant Teacher to join our team! You will be assisting the head teacher with planning and implementing both whole‑classroom and small‑group instruction.

• Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, schoolyards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips observed.
• Provide extra assistance to students with special needs
• Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress
• Teach social skills to students

• High school diploma or GED
• A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred
• High‑energy with a love of working with children
• Organized and detail‑oriented
