Personal Banker

Position Overview

Personal Banker with PNC's Retail Branch organization located at 808 Old York Rd., Jenkintown, PA 19046. Responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with risk policies.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet by performing lobby engagement activities, positioning PNC products to meet their needs, and educating customers on options for managing financial transactions with technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Required Experience & Education

• Typically requires 3+ years of experience in a banking or related customer-facing role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
